Copenhagen

Fuse have recently returned from a great visit to Copenhagen.

You would expect Copenhagen and its surroundings to have something rather special up its sleeve in the art and design department and we were not disappointed. Copenhagen’s architectural richness is one of the first things that strikes you in city. From the delightful 17th century Dutch-style town houses that line the quay at Nyhavn to the dynamic modern extensions to venerable old buildings. The museums house impressive collections of both classic and modern Danish and international art and design, which was right up our street.

One of the highlights of the trip was the Danish Design Centre (DDC). The main exhibition on at the time was the ‘10+ Design Forecast’ which takes stock of Danish design in the first ten years of the new millennium and examines which design trends have a big role to play in the years to come.

If you’re interested in any aspect of design, then Copenhagen is certainly the place for you.

Ghost Forest Funding Covers

The Ghost Forest funding report covers where delivered to the client a few weeks ago. The covers which are to hold a report created by Scott Prenn, will be send to sponsors to gain funding for the Ghost Forests exhibition in Oxford this year.

The Mohawk stock which the covers where printed on, was kindly supplied from GF Smith, and was chosen due to its carbon neutral and environmental accreditations.

For more details on the forthcoming exhibition please visit the Ghost Forest website.

PK Group Folder

The PK Group have recently received delivery of their new corporate folder designed by Fuse.

The 2,000, 7 mm capacity folders where printed in 2 spot colours and had a matt lamination throughout and a gloss spot UV of their corporate pattern onto the outer cover.  The folders which used a bespoke cutting form, were very well received by all at the PK Group.

Up next, their new website!
